Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We do not accept exchange or returns unless you receive your parcel:

• In a damaged condition due to an error in shipment, or
• With missing parts due to an error in shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, and in the same condition that you received it
• Tags intact, if applicable
• In its original packaging
• Reported to us within 1 day of receiving the parcel

Refunds

Since all products at Artisan Bandhani are handmade, certain irregularities are part of the process and do not qualify as an error in the product. We only issue a refund if a genuine defect is found.
